Seamless Exchange
We believe choosing the right fit should not be a source of stress. We invite you to test your Pyopp Fledge shoes and sandals to ensure that the fit and natural movement meet your expectations.
Complimentary Exchanges (EFTA)
For customers within the European Free Trade Area (EU + Norway, Switzerland, Iceland, Liechtenstein), return shipping for exchanges is provided free of charge. The product must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
Exchange Process
- Test Indoors : Ensure the fit is right on a clean, dirt-free, indoor surface. We can only accept exchanges for footwear that is completely clean and shows no signs of outdoor wear.
- Protect the Box : Place your shoes back in their original branded box, or your sandals inside their original dust bag. Please secure it inside a secondary shipping box or mailer to ensure everything remains in premium condition.
- Send Your Request : Email us at info@pyoppfledge.nl, mentioning your order details and the new size you would like to receive.
- Get Your Label : We will reply with a pre-paid shipping label so you can send the original pair back to us hassle-free.
- New Shipment : Once your return arrives at our warehouse, our team will conduct a quick inspection. As soon as it is approved, we will process and ship your new size within 5 (five) business days.
