Complimentary Returns (EFTA & UK) For customers within the European Free Trade Area (EU + Norway, Switzerland, Iceland, Liechtenstein) and the United Kingdom, return shipping is provided free of charge. The product must be returned within 30 days of purchase.

The Process

1. Find your form: We include a printed Return Form with every purchase. To save you time, we also emailed the Return Form.

2. Test indoors: Ensure the fit is right on a clean, dirt-free, indoor surface. We cannot accept returns with outdoor wear.

3. Protect the box: Place your shoes in their original branded box, then secure that box inside a secondary shipping container. The same applies to sandals and their original dustbag. This ensures the product remains in premium condition.

4. Get your label: Email info@pyoppfledge.nl to request your pre-paid return label.

Finalising your refund Once received, our team will inspect your return. Approved refunds are credited to your original payment method within 10 days.
