Thank you for making a purchase.
We want you to love your barefoot shoes — but if something isn’t quite right, don’t worry! You can return your order within 30 days.
Return Conditions

Returns are accepted within 30 days from the day you receive your order.

It’s perfectly fine if you’ve tried them on for a short time indoors to see how they fit and feel.Shoes can be tried on indoors only to check the size and color — please make sure the soles stay clean and unworn outdoors.

Please return the shoes in their original packaging, and make sure both the shoes and the box are clean, undamaged, and in good condition.

To protect the original box, always place it inside a shipping box so that it doesn’t get damaged or labeled during the return.

We take care to ship your order neatly and with love — we’d really appreciate receiving it back in the same condition.
How to Make a Return

Fill out our Return Form (you can find it on our website or contact our customer service team).

Once your request is approved, we’ll email you a return shipping label.

Pack the shoes carefully in their original box, place that box inside a shipping box, and attach the return label.

Send the package back to us using the provided label.
Refunds

Once we receive your return, our team will check the condition of the shoes and packaging.

If everything looks good, we’ll process your refund to your bank account within 10 days of receiving your return.
When Returns May Be Rejected or Adjusted
We always aim to be fair and transparent. However, we may need to:

Reject a return if the shoes show signs of outdoor wear, dirt, or damage.

Deduct a small amount from your refund if the shoes or original packaging are returned dirty, damaged, or not in resellable condition.
